To rejuvenate day after day you need to have a good diet investing in fruits, vegetables and avoiding all kinds of processed foods, but it is also advisable to take good care of the skin, using good anti-wrinkle creams since the age of 25, in addition to having good life habits.
When talking about revunescence, I speak in general, not only in physical appearance, not only with skin care, speaking of health in general, in physical appearance, taking care of our brain, in everything that disrespects our person.
Some Strategies:
- Eat fruits and vegetables every day;
- Eat more white meats, such as fish and chicken;

- Have a colorful diet every day;

- You should wash your face with moisturizing soap and always apply a layer of anti-age moisturizer immediately afterwards. Some good options are those that contain any of the following ingredients:
