Grow, Grow, Grow ……

Many people forget to train their legs, the day to train them, they jump. it is normal to see people making fun of them, and it is valid anyway. These losing gains are one of the best exercises in the world to build muscle mass. The best way to gain muscle mass is to train the lower part. Training legs leads to a greater hormonal response. Most leg exercises are compound exercises, making you recruit other muscles, which is favorable for muscle mass gain. When you train your legs you will cause the body to release more anabolic hormones, such as testosterone and growth hormones. For me the training of legs is mandatory, it is the temple of construction of a spectacular body “Perfectus”.
