13 Kettlebells Exercises For Muscle Gain And Fat Loss

In the previous post I talked about 8 reasons why you should use Kettlebell in your training. With this equipment you can do countless exercises, and work any muscle of the body, and bringing fantastic results. If your doubt is what exercises to do with the Kettlebell, here is a list for you;

  • Goblet squat with kettlebell

The effort must come from the legs and buttocks. Hold the kettlebell in front of your chest, keep your elbows close to your body and stand. The feet should be shoulder-width apart. Crouch down, pushing your hips back and holding the kettlebell close to your chest. Stand up, keeping your back straight and your abs contracted;

  • Farmer walk with kettlebell

It is an exercise that will bring countless benefits. Take the kettlebells in each hand and walk slowly with normal steps, as if you are carrying two bags out of the store. Keep your core firm, your back and neck straight, your shoulders slightly back and look forward. Remember pustura is essential;

  • Circular movements

Standing with legs slightly apart, take the kettlebell with your right hand; bring your right arm back and shift the weight to your left hand behind your back. The idea is to make the strides one in front and one behind. Throughout the exercise…
